Action West London

Action West London (AWL) is a West London charity and social enterprise that has been changing lives through Employment, Education and Enterprise since 1998. Working with young people, unemployed residents and other disadvantaged groups, AWL provides tailored support that helps individuals overcome barriers, gain skills, improve confidence and progress into sustainable employment and training opportunities.

CABWI's support for our Skills Pathway for Young People programme will enable AWL to expand opportunities for young people aged 16–24 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). Through accredited qualifications, practical vocational training, mentoring, work experience and employment support, participants will develop the skills and confidence needed to access apprenticeships, further education and sustainable careers. This funding will help some of West London's most disadvantaged young people build brighter futures while supporting local employers to develop a skilled and diverse workforce.
