HMPasties Foundation supports people considered furthest from the employment market into work. The Foundation focuses its programme on people leaving the criminal justice system in the Northwest, often with multiple and complex needs. Through employability skills, coaching, training and real workplace experience, individuals benefit from tailored support packages and guidance to help them gain employment and thrive in the workplace.
