Holy Trinity Hastings

Our vision is to transform the lives of 16 to 24-year-olds from disadvantaged backgrounds in Hastings and the surrounding areas, giving them the support, skills, and confidence they need to get into work (or re-enter education) and begin to build a future filled with hope.

CABWI funding will be used towards our Spear programme. Since the programme began 20 years ago in London, the Spear Programme has impacted the lives of more than 10,000 16-24 year olds. 70% of those who complete the Spear Programme not only get into work, but remain there a year later. Spear Hastings launched in September 2024 and runs six programmes each year.
