Scran Academy

Scran Academy is a youth work charity and social enterprise on a mission to see every young person, regardless of background or barrier, realise their full potential in learning, work and life. Our award-winning Scransitions programme supports young people aged 16+ who face significant barriers to employment, including poverty, mental health, care experience and involvement with the justice system. By combining trauma-informed youth work, recognised qualifications and real-life work experience, we help young people develop the confidence, skills and relationships we all need to thrive. We believe young people are not problems to be fixed but potential to be unlocked, and we work alongside them to build futures that are meaningful, sustainable and led by their own aspirations.
