The British Gymnastics Foundation

The British Gymnastics Foundation is a charity that uses the power of gymnastics to create opportunities and improve lives for people and communities most in need. Through its programmes, the Foundation support people at every stage of life – from Hardship Grants that help gymnasts continue participating through difficult times, to Love to Move, an age- and dementia-friendly seated gymnastics programme that supports the wellbeing of older people. A key focus of their work is Limitless, which supports unemployed individuals from disadvantaged and underrepresented communities to gain confidence, develop new skills and achieve a coaching qualification. By removing financial barriers and providing a clear pathway into employment, Limitless helps participants realise their potential, gain employment and become role models in their own communities.
