The Mason Foundation

The Mason Foundation is a national charity that helps communities and young people across England and Scotland build brighter futures. Our flagship programme, Propel, supports young people including many who are neurodivergent or facing barriers that make finding employment harder. We believe that real change happens at a local level, so every Propel project is shaped around the needs of the community it serves. We work closely with local employers, schools, and organisations to make sure our support is practical, relevant, and sustainable.
