Wealden Works

Wealden Works helps 16–24-year-olds who are (NEET) not in Education, Employment or training take their next step. We provide expert career advice and personal guidance, turning uncertainty into opportunity, and helping young people build a path to a brighter future. During the programme young people gain essential workplace skills, training, and hands-on work trail experiences. They receive 1-1 mentoring, can achieve accredited qualifications, and benefit from strong community connections and networking opportunities. The funding from CABWI will allow our young people to continue accessing our support and for us to remove any barriers they may be facing into employment. We will be able to continue offering work based accredited qualifications and accessing essential workshops.
